For our Real Good Coffee review, we received a box of the Keurig compatible Breakfast blend, light roast.
The box contains 36 cups and is $19.99 if you make a one-time purchase or $18.99 if you subscribe.
The first thing we noticed when our Real Good Coffee arrived was that there was no branding on the box. This makes sense as they pride themselves on no gimmicks and rather spend their money on making good coffee rather than packaging.
Inside our coffee box were 36 Keurig compatible cups in Breakfast blend as promised.
With coffee, like everything you eat and drink, it all comes down to taste and taste is VERY subjective.
My husband and I normally drink light or medium roast coffee. My husband prefers the Dunkin Donuts medium roast, while I prefer Starbucks Pike Place. We are not coffee snobs and enjoy relatively inexpensive coffee brewed at home.
With that said, we both really enjoyed our cups of Real Good Coffee. The Breakfast Blend is a light roast with a bit of a bite, it’s not bitter, they say the flavor has notes of citrus, with a smooth finish.
This light roast was packed full of coffee flavor and tasted more like a medium roast in my opinion and not watered down at all.
The difference between Real Good Coffee and other specialty coffee brands is simple. Real Good Coffee puts time and money into making high-quality, sustainable coffee at an affordable price without fancy branding or gimmicks.
Quality: Focus on sourcing and roasting the best coffee possible.
Affordability: By focusing on quality and not fancy presentation, they’re able to offer great coffee at an affordable price.
Sustainability: Single-serve coffee pods are 100% recyclable, helping to create a better planet one cup of coffee at a time.
One thing to note, most coffee pods and cups are recyclable and we recommend looking into this to see if your current coffee pods/cups can be recycled.
Real Good Coffe Co is a small business based in Seattle delivering good coffee, and 100% recyclable coffee cups, at an affordable price directly to your door.
Choose from whole coffee beans, Nespresso coffee pods, or Keurig coffee cups in fan-favorite roasts like Breakfast, Donut Shop, and Decaf.
We like that Real Good Coffee focuses on making good coffee at affordable prices without fancy packaging or branding. At $0.39 – $0.55 a cup, they are definitely an affordable at-home option for delicious coffee.
Compared to other specialty coffee pods like Pete’s, Starbucks, Green Mountain, and Dunkin Donuts, Real Good Coffee pods are priced around the same or lower than those major much-loved brands.
In addition, when you order from the Real Good Coffee site you receive free shipping on all orders and can save more if you subscribe. If you are like me you almost expect free shipping, so this is great to see.
We also love that there are organic coffee options and that all coffee is kosher, but would love to see ground coffee bags and flavored coffees added to the mix as they would appeal to more people.
If you are looking for good-tasting coffee at an affordable price with Keurig and Nespresso options and free shipping, Real Good Coffee Co. could be for you!
