I was really excited to try Pique tea crystals as I am a huge tea-lover and am always on the hunt for a clean, healthy tea. I prefer the taste of loose lea tea, but love the convenience of tea bags. When I saw Pique tea it looked like they read my mind and created an organic, pure tea in an easy-to-use form!
Before trying Pique tea crystals, the first thing I noticed was that they come in little single-serve packets that are super portable.
The next thing I noticed was that some of the teas can be made (dissolved) in hot AND cold water. This is amazing and boosts that convenience factor. Plus, who doesn’t love a glass of cold iced tea in the summer? SHOP NOW >>

After trying all of the Pique teas in our bundle, I noticed that every single one dissolved quickly and easily with no grit left behind (even in cold water). Taste is subjective and outside of the Ginger Digestion Elixir, none of the teas were overpowering and most were very light and smooth.
If you are like me, you hear “gut health” and you think – will this upset my stomach? Good news! Pique Teas are high-quality, super-pure teas, with nothing added to upset my GI tract. I had no adverse effects from the teas.
So, has my gut health improved? As with most health and wellness products, results take time. Pique recommends drinking 2 – 3 cups of tea each day, which for an avid tea drinker like myself is not hard to do. And while I haven’t seen huge changes in my gut (that I can tell), I do enjoy drinking the teas and will continue to finish out the bundle. SHOP NOW >>

We like that Pique tea crystals come in convenient single-serve packets, they dissolve in seconds and don’t leave any grit behind. We also like that some of the teas can be made in hot or cold water.
And while we really enjoyed our Pique tea experience, the teas can be on the pricey side especially compared to regular tea bags. I will say that the quality of Pique teas is far superior to any bagged tea that I have tried and is more in line with the more expensive specialty loose leaf teas and coffees that we have reviewed.
