The keto diet has gained massive popularity in recent years with research that suggests that high levels of healthy fats and protein help curb hunger and that cutting carbohydrates coaxes the body into a state of ketosis, where the body burns fat for energy rather than sugars.

Keto subscribers base the majority of their diet on the following foods:
