Keto and Co is a low-carb food company that specializes in dry mixes. The goal of Keto and Co is to give you ultra-low-carb, tasty, convenient, healthy, and affordable keto foods that you can make at home. Everything you had to throw away in your pantry when switching to a keto diet can be replaced with amazing Keto and Co products!

The company’s founder started following the keto lifestyle in 2014 to help manage chronic pain. He wanted to make sure the keto diet was easy, low sacrifice, and still delicious. He started creating products that were super easy to make and also affordable. All of the recipes and mixes use the highest quality ingredients and are tested thoroughly before being sold.

The keto diet focuses on a very low intake of carbs, a moderate intake of protein, and a high intake of fats. The main goal of the keto diet is to encourage the breakdown of energy from fat instead of the preferred energy source of carbohydrates. Because of this, it is vital that keto dieters understand how many carbs they are consuming at each meal and snack.

The packaging for each Keto and Co product clearly shows the net carb count so those who need to stick to a certain carb number will have no problem incorporating these foods into their daily routine. Keto and Co use a 30-gram net carb per day guideline for calculating their nutritional labels. Shop Now >>

Keto and Co offers a number of sweet and savory mixes including

  • Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Soft Baked Cookie Mix

  • Vanilla Cake Mix
  • Dark Chocolate Dessert Mix

Most of the mixes are made with Wondrose sugar replacer which is a net 0 carb sweetener. The sweetener is full of prebiotic fiber that is great for gut health. It also tastes amazing, with no metallic aftertaste that you can get from some low-carb sweeteners.

Keto and Co are constantly creating new, convenient products to add to their long line of keto-friendly foods.

We received two packs of Keto Peanut Butter Soft Baked cookie mix. The cookie mix was packed in a nice, small, soft package that fit right into the pantry for easy storage. The bag was clearly labeled with the ingredients, net carbs, and nutritional content.

The peanut butter cookie mix is made with:

  • Coconut flour
  • Erythritol
  • Non- GMO Corn fiber
  • Peanut flour
  • Psyllium husk
  • Natural flavors
  • Inulin
  • Baking powder
  • Xanthan gum
  • Monk fruit extract

The bag of mix was supposed to create 16 cookies with each cookie containing 1.5 net carbs. Just to give you an idea of carb count, an average, “traditional” peanut butter cookie made with white sugar has about 17 grams of carbs.

The Keto and Co mix is so much lower which is essential for anyone following a keto diet.  Shop Now >>

In addition to being keto-friendly, these cookies are also gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, and non- GMO. Thanks to the Wondrose sweetener mix (made with erythritol, fiber, and monk fruit), these peanut butter cookies have 94% less sugar than other leading brands.

Making the cookie mix was very easy. All you needed was 3 eggs and ¾ stick of melted butter. All the ingredients are whisked together with the dry cookie mix and then scooped into tablespoon sized balls. The cookie dough balls are lined up on a baking sheet, pressed flat, and then baked for 12 minutes.

That’s it! The Keto and Co cookies were definitely simple to make and only took about 5 minutes from start to finish.  Shop Now >>

The baked cookies had a wonderful peanut butter flavor. They were very soft and chewy and still tasted great days after baking. They had no metallic aftertaste which can be common in low-carb sweeteners.

We also loved that the cookie mix bag gave ideas about alternative ways to bake the peanut butter cookies. Coconut oil was suggested as a replacement for butter in order to make the cookies dairy-free. There were also instructions on how to make a large, cookie skillet which sounded tasty. We thought mixing some dark chocolate, and sugar-free chocolate chips into the mix would be tasty too!

Keto and Co Reviews: Bottom Line

Keto and Co offer convenient, easy-to-make, low-carb foods that are great for anyone on a keto diet or watching their carb intake. They are constantly expanding their line of mixes and foods to create new and exciting products for anyone on a keto diet. All of their products are affordable and ship straight to your door.

We really liked how easy it was to make these peanut butter cookies. It only required two extra ingredients to make very soft, chewy cookies. The packaging was nicely labeled and the mix was very affordable, especially when compared to other keto products.

We thought the cookies were a little tricky to bake as they looked almost exactly the same going into the oven as when they came out. We relied on the time on the package to determine if they were baked or not.

We would recommend Keto and Co to anyone who wants easy, tasty keto mixes to make at home. They are also perfect for anyone on a gluten-free diet or those who need diabetic-friendly options. Keto and Co products sure help make dieting easy and delicious!  Shop Now >>

Enjoy!
