For our review, we tried two Frozen Garden Smoothies including “That’s So Razz” and the “Jungle Breeze”.

Making your Frozen Garden smoothie is easy.  Simply add 1 1/4 cups of liquid up to the fill line on the package, we use water, and blend for 60 seconds.

That’s So Razz Smoothie

The Frozen Garden “That’s So Razz” smoothie is a fruit smoothie made with Mango, Organic Cherries, Raspberry, Organic Apples, Organic Dried Apricot, and Mint.

The dominant flavors in this smoothie are cherry and raspberry.  It tasted wonderful and fruity!  We loved the tartness of the cherries and the tang of the raspberries.  We didn’t get a lot of mint, though, and would love more mint flavor!

If you like berries, you will really like this smoothie.  SHOP NOW >>

Jungle Breeze Smoothie

The Frozen Garden “Jungle Breeze” smoothie is a green smoothie made with Pineapple, Banana, Spinach, Kiwi, Orange, Mango, Date Paste, and Organic Coconut.

The dominant flavors in this smoothie were pineapple and spinach.  It tasted really refreshing and almost tropical with a hint of earthiness from the spinach.

Overall, we really liked the two Frozen Garden smoothies that we tried.  They are both natural and filled with fruit and vegetables without any added sugar or preservatives and tasted great.

We found that the size of the smoothies varied from 6.4oz to 7.4oz before adding water and that the blended smoothie was more liquid than other smoothies we have tried.

If you want a thicker smoothie we recommend adding less water.

We tried two Frozen Garden Fusions, the Strawberry, Lemon, & Basil, and the Lemon, Pineapple, & Ginger.

To enjoy, simply add a Fusion cube to a 12 oz glass of water or another beverage to infuse it.  Add to less water or add two Fusions for a more intense flavor or add one to more water for a less intense flavor.

Fusions will melt in a few minutes and at that time you can add ice cubes.  SHOP NOW >>

Strawberry, Lemon, & Basil Fusion

I love all things strawberry and the Strawberry, Lemon, & Basil Fusion did not disappoint!  I started out with one cube and added a second to ramp up the flavor.

The strawberry and basil came through the most with a subtle hint of lemon to add a punch of freshness.  We would order these again! SHOP NOW >>

Lemon, Pineapple, & Ginger Fusion

Just like the Strawberry, Lemon, & Basil Fusions, the Lemon, Pineapple, and Ginger Fusions added a subtle flavor to otherwise bland water. We really tasted the pineapple with hints of lemon and ginger.

I was worried that they would have too much ginger flavor and they didn’t, just enough for you to taste it, but not overpowering the pineapple and lemon.

Overall we were really impressed by these magical little fruit and herb cubes.  They were a delightful addition to our water and gave a subtle, yet fresh taste that we loved.

For a stronger flavor, add two cubes to a 12oz glass and be sure to let them melt and then stir well before adding ice cubes.

Choose from 5 hearty Garden Bowl flavors including Coconut Curry, Edamame Peanut, Hawaiian, Fiesta, and the Mediterranean.

Garden Bowls get a lot of their flavor from little flavor sauce cubes (shaped like the Fusion cubes).

We tried three Frozen Garen Garden Bowls including the Edamame Peanut, Fiesta, and the Mediterranean. SHOP NOW >>

How do Frozen Garden Garden Bowls taste?

fiesta garden bowl cooked -frozen garden smoothie fusion reviews-mealfinds

Fiesta Garden Bowl:  This was hands-down my favorite garden bowl.  The flavor was a little spicey from the jalapeno with the warm Mexican spices coming through in every bite.

The black beans, quinoa, and brown rice filled me up and the corn and tomatoes added a bright note to the bowl.

I do recommend adding salt and pepper as this bowl needs this to heighten the other flavors.  SHOP NOW >>

Mediterranean Garden Bowl

This bowl was my second favorite and I was surprised at how much the herbs and balsamic vinegar came through.  The black olives and chickpeas broke up the texture a bit and tasted great.

I added salt and pepper to this bowl as well.  SHOP NOW >>

edamame peanut garden bowl cooked-frozen garden smoothie fusions reviews-mealfinds

Edamame Peanut Garden Bowl

This bowl tasted fresh and peanutty.  The water chestnuts gave it a nice crunch and the peanut sauce added a boost of flavor.  I only wish that there was more of this sauce to really boost the flavor.  I added salt and pepper as well.

Overall the Frozen Garden Garden Bowls were a nutritious lunch loaded with veggies, quinoa, herbs, and spices.

We recommend adding salt and pepper to bring out the flavors of these Garden Bowls.

Frozen Garden Smoothies and Fusions Reviews: Bottom Line

thats so razz smoothie in blender-frozen garden smoothie fusion reviews-mealfinds

Frozen Garden makes healthy eating simple with all-natural Smoothies, Fusions, Delites, Garden Bowls, and Overnight Oats all made with farm-fresh ingredients, ready in minutes, and delivered to your door.

We love that Frozen Garden has both a subscription and non-subscription option allowing customers to try them without a commitment.

We also like that Frozen Garden has 15 smoothie flavors and offers limited edition / seasonal flavors to keep things interesting.  And at $7 per smoothie, these all-natural smoothies taste great and are in the middle of the price range compared with similar all-natural smoothies on the market.

The Garden Bowls tasted fresh overall and we thought they were the perfect size for lunch, though they all needed a bit of salt and pepper.  At less than $8 per serving, these bowls are a convenient and affordable, plant-based lunch option.

We loved the Fusions!  They are a unique concept, come in several fun flavors, and added a wonderful burst of flavor to our beverages throughout the week.  And at less than 5 calories per serving, these water infusions will be a regular purchase.  We are excited to try more flavors and create fun summertime cocktails and mocktails.

And while Frozen Garden Smoothies, Garden Bowls, and Fusions tasted good, are convenient, and affordable we don’t like that there is a $35 minimum order and that the free shipping threshold is over $150.  We also found that the smoothies are slightly smaller than other smoothies that we’ve reviewed, though with enough water they all make a 16 oz smoothie.

Frozen Garden Smoothies, Garden Bowls, and Fusions are great for those looking for a natural, convenient, and affordable breakfast and/or lunch, those interested in shaking up their water game with fun new flavors, and those wanting the convenience of home delivery.  SHOP NOW >>
