When we “dove” into the Fulton Fish Market Subscription box we were delighted to see the quality of the fresh fish shining through in the color and texture with good-sized portions of each selection. We decided to grill the halibut, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and lemon, along with the tuna which we marinated in a teriyaki sauce.
We paired the fish with grilled asparagus, corn, and baked potatoes. The fish tasted amazing and you could really taste the quality and freshness in both fish. They were juicy and not “fishy” tasting at all. Save 15% with code FULTONFRESH >>
Next up, we marinated the salmon in another teriyaki sauce and grilled them as well, making the most of the cool fall weather before the grilling season is over. We grilled the salmon for 6 min per side and they came out perfect! Juicy and flavorful with crispy skin.
We paired the salmon with white rice and baked broccoli and the whole family agreed that this fish was delicious. You don’t know what you are missing until you have had fresh, high-quality fish.

We are incredibly lucky to live on the East Coast near wonderful fresh fish markets and have a Whole Foods store, which has a variety of sustainably sourced fish, around the corner from our home.
